Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Only the VPS and Dedicated Servers can be refunded within 24 hours since purchased. If more than 24 hours have passed since the purchase refunds are not acceptable.
- Domains are not refundable, once purchased can’t be refunded or cancelled untill service end date.
To complete your refund, you have to go to your selected service details and cancel the service.
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have initially received your service refund request. Then we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, the money will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
