  Customers are expected to provide accurate information and keep their account details up to date. Any misuse or failure to do so may result in service interruption or termination of the account.

• Hosting Services Downtime:

• Other Services:
  Our web development, app development, marketing, and business consultancy services do not experience regular downtimes, but issues may arise from external factors, for which we are not responsible.

  Ownership of intellectual property created by INFINITEK SOLUTIONS LTD. depends on the service agreement. For annual services, INFINITEK SOLUTIONS LTD. retains ownership. For one-time fee services, ownership may transfer to the customer as outlined in the contract.
• License to Use:
  Customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the work created under these terms, according to the contractual agreement.

• Limitation of Liability:

    We are not liable for any issues arising from the misuse of our services by the customer or third parties.
  • Post-Refund Period Issues:
    For coding or service failures reported after the 14-day refund period, we cannot provide any further support or liability.
